Murshidabad  in the state of west Bengal in India is earmarked as most backward district.  Which is mainly inhabited by backward muslim community and schedule caste, schedule tribe, and other backward classes communities.  Here children in the age group of  9 to 14 are child laborers ; there mainly  involved in the works of hotel, agricultural firms, kiln and as domestic helps, rickshaw pullers  and sometimes helpers of smugglers. These helpless kids are indeed of care and protection, valuable human resources are being nipped in the bud. Their pathetic, pitiable and appalling conditions moved me and  I determined to do my level based to address the suffering of this rif-raff.

At the beginning of the  year 2006 I held several meeting with some big guns of my locality and after a great deal of deliberation a committee was formed with the participation of

  1. President – Abdul Aziz, retired primary school teacher.
  2. Vice president – Probhash Kumar Roy retired school teacher.
  3. Sectary –  Matiur Rahaman Social worker,
  4. Treasurer –  Jafar Ali saikh   Business man
  5. Member – Manik saikh cultivator,
  6. Member – Nasima bibi Business man
  7. Member – Amela Bibi house wife,
  8. Member –  Bablu Baski  social worker,
  9. Member – panigareti murmur house wife.
  10. Member-  Nanda kishore Mondal cultivator.
  11. Member – Anil Kumar Dhar post master.
